Teach your students, then Graduate them. They will feed the monsters threatening your classroom. Don't forget to cook to speed up and make sure they don't starve. You also will be responsible for recruiting and welcoming new promising students.

Check the windows to find out the monster needs, and teach the student during the right season to give them the right skills.
